Demotivation

It can manifest itself in different ways, such as procrastination, indecision, disorganization, lack of planning, and difficulty setting goals in life. Or, although the activities are planned, it is impossible to engage in them. This can cause difficulty finding meaning in daily activities or lead to a feeling of emotional or behavioral paralysis.

Various approaches

Motivational Interview

A therapeutic approach designed to help individuals overcome ambivalence about change. It is based on principles of collaboration, evocation and respect for autonomy. Rather than imposing solutions, the therapist guides the patient to explore and resolve their own hesitations, highlighting internal motivations for change.

Goal Management Training

GMT is a structured cognitive intervention aimed at improving goal and task management skills. It focuses on managing attention, planning, and achieving goals using awareness techniques and practical strategies to strengthen organization and focus. GMT helps individuals better structure their daily activities, prioritize tasks, and minimize distractions.

CBT Procrastination

CBT for procrastination aims to identify and change negative thoughts that lead to putting off tasks. It uses time management techniques, cognitive restructuring, and positive reinforcement to encourage productive behaviors and reduce avoidance.
